It didnt work out...must try again.

I swear ever since I stopped Atkins a year ago things have just gone down hill. I tried to start it up again but I was using Sensa and thought that would work out better but I am not losing with the Sensa either. I should know that all the fads just dont work and save my money but I always give into the adds.
